General operation or users who have used the concrete mixer all know some matters needing attention after the concrete mixer works. The operation according to the matters needing attention will make the mixer more handy. What should be paid attention to after the mixer works?

1、搅拌一体车停工后用水和石子倒入搅拌筒内10-15分钟进行清洗，再将水和石子清出。操作人员如须进入搅拌筒内清洗时。除切断电源和卸下熔断器外，并须锁好开关箱。

2检查机械各部件（如马达、钢丝绳、轴承、刹车、离合器等），如有不正常现象时，应立即进行修理或更换。

3、搅拌一体车工作完毕后，应将料斗落降到基坑中，如需升起则应用链条扣牢，保证料斗落不下来。

4、严禁用大锤打的方法清 除积存在搅拌一体车筒内的混凝土，只能用凿子清 除。

5、搅拌一体车停车后应将电门开关箱加锁，并罩好电动机。

6、搅拌一体车在严寒季节，工作完毕后应用水清洗搅拌机滚筒并将水泵、水箱、水管内积水放净，以免冻坏。

7、搅拌车进行保养规程所规定项目的维护、保养作业，如清洗、润滑、加油等。
