5、减少损失先卸料：如果遇到人为因素或者不可抗因素，导致长时间无法卸料的情况，一旦发现混凝土开始凝结，在报备负搅拌责自动上料搅拌车防止粘罐的方法人之后立刻进行卸料，以防整个罐体报废。卸料前让搅拌罐全速运转一两分钟。让混凝土充分搅拌，必要时可以加一些水，让混凝土搅拌得更均匀，也方便卸料。卸料不要大意和放料工打好关系。放料时尽量自己看着，免得放料工乱操作放料操作杆，每次罐子正反转中间位子时尽量停一下，保护减速机，托轮等。与放料工打好关系，卸料时也不要睡的太熟，万一工人闹情绪，把你车子放到工地不转罐子，造成闷罐就麻烦了。

6、搅拌罐一定要仔细地冲洗干净。洗罐子时一定要仔细的冲洗干净，并把水反复的正反转两次，再放出来，然后一趟时把水箱的水全部放进罐子，再回到站加水清洗罐子。
