ABS系统即防抱死制动系统,主要由控制器、电磁阀、轮速传感器、齿圈、仪表报警灯等组成。汽车在制动时,ABS系统充分利用车轮的附着力,使车轮处于佳制动状态,缩短制动距离,同时保证汽车的制动方向稳定性,防止车辆产生侧滑和跑偏。

当ABS系统出现故障时,主要有以下几种检查方法:
When the ABS system fails, there are mainly the following inspection methods:
一、检查混凝土搅拌车的驻车制动是否完全释放。
1、 Check whether the parking brake of concrete mixer is released completely.
二、检查制动储液罐液面是否符合说明书的规定。
2、 Check whether the liquid level of the brake reservoir meets the requirements of the manual.
三、检查所有的制动管路有无损坏变形和泄漏迹象。
3、 Check all brake lines for damage, deformation and leakage.
四、检查防抱死系统的所有熔断丝是否完好,导线是否破损,插座是否牢固。
4、 Check whether all fuses of anti lock system are in good condition, whether the wires are damaged and whether the sockets are firm.
五、检查蓄电池容量和电压是否符合规定,正负极导线的连接是否可靠。
5、 Check whether the capacity and voltage of the battery meet the requirements, and whether the positive and negative wires are reliably connected.
六、检查防抱死系统、ECI_I插接器连接是否牢靠。
6、 Check anti lock system and ECI_ I. whether the connector is firmly connected.
七、检查电路连接处是否腐蚀、损坏、松脱或接触不良,ABS的各搭铁线搭铁是否可靠。
7、 Check whether the circuit connection is corroded, damaged, loose or in poor contact, and whether the grounding wires of ABS are reliable.
八、检查轮胎是否符合要求。
8、 Check whether the tire meets the requirements.
九、检查混凝土搅拌车的车轮转动有无阻滞,轮毂轴承间隙是否正常。
9、 Check whether the wheel rotation of concrete mixer is blocked and whether the hub bearing clearance is normal.
