(1)运用紧急制动过多。在山区行进，下坡运用紧急制动简单形成前钢板的开裂。由于采纳制动时，自上料搅拌车的大部分载质量前移，由前钢板绷簧承受，这样简单形成钢板绷簧的疲劳而折断。主张选用排气制动，少用紧急制动。

(2)前轮制动调整过紧，假如后轮制动效能差或许俄然出现问题，采纳紧急制动，使前钢板绷簧受到太大的冲击而开裂。

(3)路面欠好、超载、快速行进，使前钢板绷簧受冲击力太大，简单形成开裂。

(4)前钢板绷簧由于常常超载，运用过久，弹性和刚性降低，疲劳而开裂。

(5)更换了质量欠好的钢板绷簧，其叶片的弯曲度不符合标准，钢板原料欠好或热处理欠好，形成受力不均而开裂。

(5) After replacing the steel plate tension spring with poor quality, the bending degree of the blade does not meet the standard, the raw material of the steel plate is not good or the heat treatment is not good, resulting in uneven stress and cracking.

为了避免自上料搅拌车的前钢板绷簧榜首、二片开裂，主张选用以下方法：

(1)准时检查和保养，保证钢板绷簧杰出的润滑，正确调整车辆的制动。

(2)少选用紧急制动，多选用发动机排气制动，装载均匀，不偏，不超载。

(3)换用前钢板叶片时，要选用高质量的，保证其弯曲度符合规定，用山东绷簧厂和重庆绷簧厂出产的钢板绷簧。

(4)自上料搅拌车在不平路面行进、下坡行进，应操控(混泥土拌和车)车速，4方自上料搅拌车，弯道行进，转弯不能太急。
