1、防止发动机机体过热：由于环境温度比较高，因此发动机容易过热，要加强对自动上料搅拌车发动机冷却系统的检查、保养，这包括水箱、节温器、水泵、风扇等部件的检查，并且要注意及时加注冷却水。当水温超过100℃时，应在阴凉处停车降温，让发动机怠速运转，并掀开发动机罩帮助散热。
