一、不定期的更换搅拌车发动机润滑油

1、 Change the engine lubricating oil of mixer truck irregularly

一般情况下，厂家会要求用户在行驶5000-1.5万的时候更换润滑油，而增压搅拌车发动机车型则要求在行驶5000的时候更换，如果搅拌车不怎么开或者一直处于停驶状态，每半年更换一次机油。当然，如果司机所处的环境以及油品质量都还不错，可以适当的延长换油周期和时间。

二、不定期更换机油滤芯

机油滤芯的作用就是过滤杂质，因此要与机油一同更换。如果不更换的话，机油得不到过滤从而导致搅拌车发动机内部零件因机油中的杂质加速磨损。

The function of oil filter element is to filter impurities, so it should be replaced with oil. If it is not replaced, the oil can not be filtered, resulting in accelerated wear of internal parts of the mixer engine due to impurities in the oil.

三、不定期更换搅拌车空气滤芯

3、 Change air filter element of mixer truck irregularly

如果滤芯阻塞严重，将使进气阻力增加，搅拌车发动机功率下降。同时由于空气阻力增加，也会增加吸进的汽油量，导致混合比过浓，从而使搅拌车发动机运转状态变差，增加燃料消耗，也容易产生积炭。平时应该养成经常检查搅拌车空气滤清器滤芯的习惯。

四、不定期更换搅拌车刹车油

4、 Change the brake oil of mixer irregularly

刹车油有一个特点就是会吸收空气中的水份，而搅拌车刹车液压系统必须要让刹车油与大气相通才能正常运作，久而久之刹车油就会吸入水份，在高温下转成气泡，当搅拌车刹车油路中出现气泡，刹车效能就会下降。所以刹车油是要根据气候、运行环境、季节变化及工况等及时检查其质量性能按时更换的。

One of the characteristics of brake oil is that it can absorb water in the air. The brake hydraulic system of mixer truck must make the brake oil communicate with the atmosphere in order to operate normally. Over time, the brake oil will absorb water and turn into bubbles under high temperature. When bubbles appear in the brake oil circuit of mixer, the braking efficiency will be reduced. 一般建议：每两年或者行驶5万的时候更换，而在选择和更换刹车油的时候也要切记：不同类型的刹车油不要混合使用。由于配方不同，混合刹车油会造成刹车油指标下降。

五、不定期更换搅拌车防冻液

防冻液长时间不换，其中的防腐、防锈和防垢功能将会降低，这样会造成搅拌车冷却系统故障甚发生锈蚀。一般来说，防冻液一般每1.5年-2年更换一次。

If the antifreeze solution is not changed for a long time, its anti-corrosion, anti rust and anti scaling functions will be reduced, which will lead to the failure of the mixer cooling system and even corrosion. Generally speaking, the antifreeze is replaced every 1.5-2 years.
