一、自上料搅拌车出车前

1、检查、发现问题排除故障

搅拌车害怕在路上罐子不转，混凝土一般停罐不能超过2个小时，C40以上级别的混凝土在路上罐子就不能停。

车子启动后，先让罐子低速旋转，围绕着车检查轮胎气压，看是否有漏气的胎，检查是否有石子、铁钉之类扎在胎里，及时清理干净。

1、拐弯的时候一定要慢

搅拌车高，易侧翻!入弯之前提前减速减挡，尽量别拐弯的时候踩刹车。随时通过后视镜注意观察罐子是否在转，把转速尽量调慢，转速过高，车辆容易摆动。

遇到路面不平、坑坑洼洼地方用合适的低速挡通过，保证车子的动力充沛。遇到大坑，石头，钢筋，铁块尽量避让，尤其重车。

3、上坡提前减档

4、下坡切勿重车空挡滑行

1、进工地时尽量走路中间

因工地道路简易，路基松软，靠近路边行车容易导致车辆侧翻。

2、提前下车查看倒车线路

因工地好多路面是挖掘机刚刚铺的比较软，车容易陷。用1档起步(这时候可以把罐子停下，一档大油门时罐子会转得很快，车子会更不稳定)，缓慢而匀速的行驶。倒车路线尽量直线，若要反复倒车时，方向盘不要打死或打太过，因为在松软路面容易憋熄火，轰大油门倒出时，车速过快，容易撞到东西。

让混凝土充分搅拌，必要时可以加一些水，让混凝土搅拌得更均匀，也方便卸料。

2、卸料不要大意和放料工确定好关系
