There are a lot of drivers who drive the automatic feeding mixer. They will check the vehicle before driving. This is a very good habit. We should do three inspections before driving. Which are the three?

(1)发动机预热时的检查部位：检查油泵有无异常声音；检查液压马达有无异常声音；检查减速器有无异常声音；检查水泵是否正常转动；检查搅拌筒的进料回转是否正常，能否进行正常的工作回转。

(2)检查辅助卸料槽的锁扣、卸料槽的锁柄、防转手柄是否锁紧。

(3)发动机预热前的检查：检查液压油的存储量。(检查油位的存储器)；检查减速器的润滑油有无泄露；检查液压系统的液压油有无泄露，各接头部位是否有渗漏现象；检查操纵装置的操纵手柄是否置于停止位置；检查各连接紧固件不能有松动现象。

(3) Check before engine preheating: check the storage of hydraulic oil. (check the oil level memory); check whether the lubricating oil of the reducer leaks; check whether the hydraulic oil of the hydraulic system leaks and whether there is leakage at the joints; check whether the control handle of the control device is at the stop position; check that the connecting fasteners are not loose.

一、建议在油温为60℃左右放油;每次换油完毕，需检查连接螺栓的紧固情况;检查结束，需要用扭矩扳手重新紧固一下所有与变速箱连接的螺栓;每月需检查一次油位。注意：分体减速机匹配的泵、马达中的油品为46号抗磨液压油。

二、发动机转速不允许过高，转速由慢到快应慢慢增加，启动前2min搅拌筒转速不宜超过18r/min，对带水泵取力口的减速机初次运行转速不宜超过15r/min，因为发动机转速过高会损坏变速箱。

变量泵、马达换油：次换油时间为新车使用500个工作小时，同时更换原装专用滤油器;第二次换油时间为车辆再次工作2000个工作小时后，同时更换专用滤油器;以后为每2000个工作小时或一年，只要满一年不管工作了多少个小时，必须换油，同时更换专用滤油器;换油时系统管路切勿打开，只需将油箱的油放干净，同时也可以打开泵、马达壳体泄油口放油，然后将新的油品倒入油箱中，加油时要注意排空系统中的空气;不同企业的油严禁混用。
