1、蓄电池的保养检查

检查蓄电池固定是否牢固，电解液应在上限和下限之间，接近下线时应及时补加电解液或蒸馏水位线。保持蓄电池正负电缆接触良好，并保持蓄电池清洁干燥。放置时间较长的自动上料搅拌车要摘下蓄电池的正负极电缆，相隔半个月左右重新接线起动发动机约20分钟后，如果电量明显不足要及时充电。

Check whether the battery is fixed firmly. The electrolyte should be between the upper limit and the lower limit. When it is close to the lower line, the electrolyte or distillation water level should be added in time. Keep the positive and negative cables of the battery in good contact and keep the battery clean and dry. The positive and negative cables of the storage battery should be removed for the long-time automatic feeding mixer, and the wires should be rewired about half a month later. After starting the engine for about 20 minutes, if the power is obviously insufficient, it should be charged in time.

2、轮胎的检查

每月应在常温下检查一下轮胎气压，如果低于正常标准应及时补充轮胎气压。气压不能过高或过低，否则影响驾驶的性。检查轮胎的龟裂情况，存在---时应及时更换轮胎。选用轮胎时，应使之型号一致。

The air pressure should not be too high or too low, otherwise the driving safety will be affected. Check the tire for cracking and replace the tire in time if it is safe. 3、离合器总泵液面的检查

离合器液面介于高、低液面间则表示正常，如果低于标准线，则可能是总泵或分泵皮碗损坏。在发动机运行状态下将出现挂档难或无法挂档的现象，请即时到就近的维修站检修。

If the clutch liquid level is between high and low, it means that it is normal. If it is lower than the standard line, it may be that the master cylinder or the cylinder cup is damaged. When the engine is running, it will be difficult or impossible to shift. Please go to the nearest maintenance station immediately for maintenance.

4、制动液面的检查

制动也在高、低位之间则表示正常。如果制动液接近下限或低于下限则，表示系统中可能有泄漏或制动蹄片磨损过多，应及时到维修站进行检修。补加制动液时，要注意加同一种型号的制动液，防止损坏皮碗，注意保护好油漆防止腐蚀漆面。

If the brake fluid is close to the lower limit or lower than the lower limit, it means that there may be leakage in the system or the brake shoe is worn too much, and it should be repaired in time to the maintenance station. When adding brake fluid, pay attention to adding the same type of brake fluid to prevent damage to the leather cup, and protect the paint to prevent corrosion of the paint surface.

5、发动机冷却液液面检查

发动机在热机状态时，千万不要打开散热器盖，否则可能会被溅出的冷却液或高温蒸气烫1伤。等发动机冷却后，检查冷却液的液面应处于满位和低位之间，否则应加蒸馏水或纯净水或冷冻液，加水后的液面高度不能超过满位。如发现短时间内冷却液减少的很快，应检查冷却系统是否有泄漏或到维修站去检查

When the engine is in hot state, do not open the radiator cap, otherwise it may be scalded by splashing coolant or high temperature steam. After the engine cools down, check that the coolant level should be between the full level and the low level. Otherwise, distilled water or pure water or refrigerant should be added. The liquid level after adding water should not exceed the full level.
