3、搅拌机必须实施二级漏电保护，上班前电源接通后，必须仔细检查，经空车试转认为合格后，方可使用。

5、每日工作前，在搅拌筒内加水空转12秒钟，同时检查离合器和制动装置工作的可靠性。

一般情况下，搅拌一体车在工作了一段时间后是需要保养的，除了日常保养的工作内容之外，还需要进一步的保养，检查和调整制动间隙。例如离合器内，外制动带磨损过甚须更换，调整搅拌叶片和刮板与衬板之间的间隙，上料斗和卸料门的密闭及灵活情况，离合器的磨损程度以及配水系统算法正常。使用链条传动的搅拌一体车还需检查链条节距的伸长情况。
