During transportation, the mixing drum will always keep rotating to ensure that the concrete will not solidify. After the concrete is transported, the inside of the mixing drum is usually washed with water to prevent the hardened concrete from occupying space.

自动上料搅拌车的散热器在使用过程中，会因腐蚀和积垢等原因影响冷却效果。清洗散热器，去除水垢，是恢复散热器的散热能力的有效方法。车用柴油机进行维护时，须清洗发动机的冷却系统。若水垢不多，可用水强力冲洗。此时散热器和发动机水套的冲洗应分开进行。

预先将节温器拆下，并将汽缸盖上出水弯头的旁通孔堵塞，用专门的冲洗枪，在供入水的同时，供入压缩空气，则冲洗效果较好。冲洗水流的方向应和发动机工作时，水的循环方向相反。为减少水垢，在冷却系统中尽量是添加软水;在低温下使用，尽量添加防冻液。

Remove the thermostat in advance, block the bypass hole of the outlet elbow on the cylinder head, and use a special flushing gun to supply water and compressed air at the same time. The direction of flushing water flow should be opposite to that of water circulation when the engine is working. In order to reduce scale, soft water should be added to the cooling system as far as possible; antifreeze should be added to the cooling system as far as possible when it is used at low temperature.

如果自动上料搅拌车的散热器水垢较多，则应采取化学除垢剂清洗。即利用酸或碱类物质与水垢的化学反应，生成可溶于水的物质将水垢。清洗时，尽量采用循环法，即先用酸性溶液洗涤，再用碱性溶液冲洗中和。清洗时，除垢剂以一定的压力(一般为10l(Pa)，在汽缸体水套或散热器内循环，一般经3～5min后即可清洗完毕。清洗散热器时，清洗水套、散热器的溶液和清洗方法。

If the radiator of automatic feeding mixer has more scale, chemical detergent should be used for cleaning. That is to say, the scale can be removed by the chemical reaction of acid or alkali substance with scale to produce water-soluble substance. When cleaning, try to use circulation method, that is, first wash with acid solution, and then wash with alkaline solution for neutralization. When cleaning, the descaling agent circulates in the water jacket or radiator of the cylinder block at a certain pressure (generally 10L (PA)) and can be cleaned after 3-5min.
