The diesel engine can be started to run at medium speed for 10 minutes under the condition that the pull rod of the self feeding mixer is flexible and the plunger spring is not broken. If the fire is still broken, a copper hammer can be used to tap the big nut of the fuel transfer pump gently and listen to the sound of the diesel engine at the same time. If the sound is abnormal, it means that the piston and push rod of the fuel transfer pump are jammed and repaired or replaced.

拆下喷油器总成，转动曲轴数圈，即有水喷出，说明缸盖，缸体有裂纹或砂眼，遇到这种情况时，可向用户解释或向自上料平口搅拌车公司反映。低压油流畅通后，可用手压泵排除油路中的空气，打开泵头放气螺钉，直到没有气泡时，方可上紧放气螺钉。

Remove the fuel injector assembly and rotate the crankshaft for several turns, that is, water is ejected, which indicates that there are cracks or sand holes in the cylinder head and cylinder block. In this case, you can explain to the user or report to the self feeding flat mouth mixer company. After the low-pressure oil flow is smooth, the air in the oil circuit can be removed by hand pressure pump, and the pump head vent screw can be opened until there are no bubbles, then the vent screw can be tightened.

油嘴不雾化，油泵柱塞弹簧和弹簧座断裂，卡死不工作，或是柴油内有水。拆下油嘴总成检查开启压力和雾化，如果油嘴总成正常，可让用户用干净柴油装入壶中用油路旁接法进行试验。打开自上料平口搅拌车油箱开关，拆下输油泵进油管，看油流情况，如果油流很快，说明正常，如果油流时断时续查油路。

The nozzle does not atomize, the plunger spring and spring seat of the oil pump are broken, stuck and does not work, or there is water in the diesel oil. Remove the nozzle assembly to check the opening pressure and atomization. If the nozzle assembly is normal, the user can load clean diesel into the pot and conduct the test by using the oil bypass method. Open the oil tank switch of the self feeding mixer, remove the oil inlet pipe of the oil pump, and check the oil flow. If the oil flow is fast, it means it is normal. If the oil flow is intermittent, check the oil circuit.
