The self loading mixer is used on construction site, and the model of this kind of truck is relatively large, so we must pay attention to the inspection before driving, just in case.

一、自上料搅拌车出车前注意检查下面这几点：

1、细心检查及时发现排除故障。

1. Check carefully, find and remove the fault in time.

千万不能让重车坏在路上，否则出现闷罐就麻烦了，混凝土一般停罐不能超过2个小时，C40往上级别的混凝土基本就不能停。点火之前先检查机油、防冻液、润滑油和冷却水等，发现不足时，应重新进行添加。车子启动后，再让罐子低速旋转，围绕着车检查轮胎气压，是否有漏气的胎，再用螺丝刀剔掉在胎缝里的石子，检查是否有铁钉之类扎在胎里!

Don't let heavy vehicles break down on the road, otherwise it will be troublesome to have a stuffy tank. Generally, the concrete tank can't be stopped for more than 2 hours, and the C40 concrete can't be stopped basically. Before ignition, check the engine oil, antifreeze, lubricating oil and cooling water, and add them again if insufficient. After the car starts, let the can rotate at a low speed, around the car to check the tire pressure, whether there is a leaking tire, and then use a screwdriver to remove the stones in the seam of the tire, and check whether there are iron nails stuck in the tire!

再检查灯光，尤其是腰灯，务必保证照着轮胎边缘，工地会经常乱堆放钢筋之类的东西，而胎侧是薄弱的。用抹布擦干净两边的后视镜，窗户玻璃，工地路况复杂，光线不好，视线一定要保证!

Check the lights, especially the waist lights, to make sure that they shine on the edge of the tire. The construction site will often pile up things like steel bars, and the sidewall is weak. Clean both sides of the rear-view mirror and window glass with a rag. The road condition of the construction site is complex and the light is not good. The line of sight must be guaranteed first!

2、保证水箱里有足够的水，有减水剂，因各种原因料太干，没有水添加放不出料的时候，减水剂就是救命稻草了。

2. Make sure that there is enough water in the water tank and there is water reducing agent. When the material is too dry for various reasons and there is no water to add and discharge, the water reducing agent is life-saving straw.

3、确认搅拌罐处于停止状态，因为发动机启动时万一罐子处于高速旋转状态，瞬间的力会很大的，伤减速机。

3. Confirm that the mixing tank is in the stop state, because if the tank is in the high-speed rotating state when the engine starts, the instantaneous force will be great, and the reducer will be damaged.

4、无论是将手柄从搅拌到排放还是从排放到搅拌，都应使其停止在停止位置，然后拨到下一个操作位置。

二、自上料搅拌车在装料时要注意的事情如下：

2、装完料要记得冲洗进料斗，洗完后要关掉水箱进气口，打开水箱排气口排掉气体，因为气压下，水管连接不好的地方，容易渗水，影响其他车辆的安 全。再次检查轮胎的石子铁钉，因为停车时轮胎与地面接触的地方是检查不到的。

2. After loading, remember to flush the feed hopper. After washing, turn off the air inlet of the water tank and open the air outlet of the water tank to drain the gas, because under the pressure, the water pipe is not well connected, which is easy to seep, affecting the safety of other vehicles. Check the stones and iron nails of the tire again, because the contact between the tire and the ground can't be detected when parking.

我们使用自上料搅拌车的时候一定要仔细检查各处，如果自上料搅拌车出现状况不能工作了，就会使施工效率降低，影响施工工期。
