安装在变速器下方或侧面的取力器内腔与变速器相通，无须单独加润滑油；但装在变速器前部或后盖壳体左上或右上角的取力器内腔与变速器不相通时，应单独加润滑油。为避免因磨合而产生的杂质，每隔五百小时更换一次润滑油的取力器应缩短换油周期，以后每五百小时更换新油，以防润滑油变质。新加装取力器的变速器组件应适当缩短换油周期，以避免取力器早期磨损。
The power take-up cavity installed under or on the side of the transmission is connected with the transmission without adding lubricating oil. However, when the power take-up cavity installed at the front part of the transmission or the upper left or right corner of the rear cover housing is not connected with the transmission, oil should be added separately. In order to avoid the impurities caused by running-in, the power take-off device for replacing the lubricating oil every 500 hours should shorten the oil replacement cycle, and then every 500 hours to replace the new oil to prevent deterioration of the lubricating oil. The transmission component of the newly installed power take-off device should be properly shortened in oil change cycle to avoid early wear of the power take-off device.

泄漏

1.检查漏油部位的油封或内衬是否完好，如果损坏应及时更换。
1. Check whether the oil seal or liner is in good condition and replace it if it is damaged. 

2.检查结合面涂胶部位，如有局部涂抹不匀，应清理干净再涂胶。

取力装置在自动搅拌车上无法上档或取下档

1.检查气道泄漏情况。
1. Check for leaks in your airways.

2.检查拔片定位螺丝是否松开或拧断。
2. Check that the TAB positioning screws are loose or broken.

3.检查活塞定位螺丝是否松动。
3. Check that the piston positioning screw is loose.

4.检查拔出的套叉槽是否被拔出。
4. Check that the pull-out fork slot has been pulled out.

5.检查支承弹簧是否损坏，失效。
5. Check the supporting spring for damage and failure.

6.检查回位弹簧是否变形，失效。
6. Check the return spring for deformation and failure.

7.检查指示灯开关是否与活塞干涉。

8.根据上述检查，更换零部件或采取相应措施。

1.齿轮有严重的磨损或断齿，需要更换。

2.轴承有严重的磨损、滚针、滚子损坏，必须更换。

自动搅拌车取力器显示器开关失灵

1.指示灯开关接线柱损坏，需要更换。

2.指示灯开关安装位置不对，导致顶杆顶不上触头或经常接触，可以加垫垫或撤垫处理。
