After a long time of wind and sun exposure, the paint on the surface of the automatic mixer may be partially oxidized and damaged, so we need to maintain it regularly. How should we maintain it?

一、浅划痕：经常摩擦不及时护理就会出现划痕，在阳光下较为明显，一般采用光方法去除。

1、 Shallow scratches: scratches will appear if they are often rubbed and not treated in time. They are more obvious in the sun and are generally removed by light method.

二、交通膜：搅拌车在行驶过程中由于摩擦产生静电层，静电层会吸附灰尘、油污等，长时间以后会出现交通膜，这样可采用研磨抛光处理。

2、 Traffic film: the static layer will be generated due to friction during the driving of the mixer, and the static layer will absorb dust, oil, etc. after a long time, the traffic film will appear. In this way, grinding and polishing can be adopted.

三、漆面氧化：早紫外线照射下，漆膜会蒸发油分，时间长了油分会散发掉，从而影响亮度形成氧化层缩短寿命，可以通过研磨和抛光来处理。

3、 Paint oxidation: under the early ultraviolet irradiation, the paint film will evaporate the oil, and the oil will be emitted after a long time, which will affect the brightness, form an oxide layer and shorten the service life. It can be treated by grinding and polishing.

四、龟裂：长时间不护理表面会出现裂痕，它会不断地渗透车漆，直穿透整个色漆层，这种现象就叫“龟裂”。这样需要经常打蜡减少龟裂的产生。

4、 Cracking: cracks will appear on the surface without care for a long time. It will continue to penetrate the car paint until it penetrates the whole color paint layer. This phenomenon is called "cracking". This requires frequent waxing to reduce cracking.

五、蚀痕：引起蚀痕主要是由昆虫、鸟粪、树汁、焦油等引起，可以用研磨抛光处理。

5、 Corrosion mark: the corrosion mark is mainly caused by insects, bird droppings, tree juice, tar, etc., which can be polished by grinding.

六、褪色：油烟和污染会引起褪色，褪色会让车漆会出现不均匀的色差。可以用研磨、抛光处理，严重时要重新喷漆。

6、 Fading: oil fume and pollution will cause fading, which will cause uneven color difference of car paint. It can be treated with grinding and polishing, and repainted in case of serious.

七、水痕纹：表面粘上水然后被蒸发氧化留下的痕迹，轻微水痕纹的通过打蜡抛光处理，严重时需研磨或喷漆。

7、 Water marks: marks left by water adhered on the surface and then evaporated and oxidized. Slight water marks shall be treated by waxing and polishing. In severe cases, they shall be ground or painted.
