二、水箱的水量要经常加满，以备急用。水箱加水前，必要翻开放气阀把箱内空气放掉；冲刷时翻开气阀，冲刷结束或许停用时应将水罐内气体放掉。冬季停放时，水箱和供水系统里，不得有剩下水，防止冻裂。注意： 水箱仅在供水时加压,不要带着加压水箱在公路上跋涉。
2、 The water tank shall be filled frequently for emergency use. Before adding water to the water tank, it is necessary to turn over the air valve to drain the air in the tank; Turn over the air valve when flushing, and discharge the air in the water tank when flushing is over or when it is out of service. 三、在混凝土运送过程中罐体制止停转，防止构成混凝土的凝集，停转重启时会构成对液压系统、减速机的冲击，致使液压泵和马达的损坏。

四、自动搅拌车满载混凝土正转，如要反转，有必要操作手柄使正转停稳后，再操作手柄反转。制止正转过程中操作手柄使其反转。

五、卸料时，如发现水分蒸发，塌落度偏低不能满足用户请求时，可适当向筒内加水，然后以10—14r/min的速度旋转30转后卸料，使混凝土充沛搅拌。搅拌车在空载工作过程中，搅拌筒不得停转防止动摇时构成滚道和托轮有些磕碰，致使托轮和滚道的失常损坏。
5、 During unloading, if water evaporation is found and the slump is too low to meet the user's requirements, water can be properly added into the cylinder, and then the cylinder can be rotated at a speed of 10-14r/min for 30 revolutions before unloading to fully mix the concrete. During the no-load operation of the mixer truck, the mixing drum shall not stop to prevent the roller and supporting wheel from bumping when it shakes, which may cause the abnormal damage of the supporting wheel and the roller.
六、在公路上行进时，加长溜槽有必要放置在卸料溜槽支架上并用挂钩挂牢，不允许挂在主排料溜槽上工作；主排料溜槽要旋转到固定方位，拉下定位手柄，用锁紧手柄将弹簧变幅组织锁止，防止因为不固定而摇晃，构成伤人事端和影响其它车辆工作能。
6、 When traveling on the highway, it is necessary to place the lengthened chute on the discharge chute support and hang it firmly with hooks.
